At Perfect Pasta, our name leaves a lot to live up to.

So that's what we do. Day in and day out.

We start each day making fresh doughs using premium quality flours and whole eggs. Meats are ground, cooked, and braised. Stocks are reduced and tomatoes are crushed in the sauce kitchen. Vegetables are roasted and sautéd. Fillings are carefully blended using a myriad of hard and soft imported & domestic Italian cheeses from Wisconsin. Some are even made just for us.

Those are things we do because it's how we believe it should be done.
